11. Unpacking the difference between selfISH and self CARE
You can't go a single day without hearing the term "self care" - but is self care selfish? What's the difference? I'm here to say there not at ALL the same thing. This week we're unpacking the difference between being selfish and practicing self care (with a bonus blip about self sacrificing). Remember - you can't pour into others if your cup is empty!
