“Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts,” according to Winston Churchill. So when is a mistake a failure? How do we avoid failure becoming fatal and could failing actually be good for our careers? Psychologist Dr Rachael Sharman from Sunshine Coast University has studied failure and she has the answers.
