How to Address our Crisis of Leadership
The world is experiencing a crisis of leadership. It goes to the foundations of why the world does not work for so many. In this episode I look at how we have misunderstood what being a leader takes and in doing so we have allowed mediocrity to be the standard we expect for our social and political and legal institutions. I offer a correction of what being a leader actually takes and look at the four foundations of what it looks like to act consistent with being powerful leaders making the world work.
