The world is experiencing a crisis of leadership. It goes to the foundations of why the world does not work for so many. In this episode I look at how we have misunderstood what being a leader takes and in doing so we have allowed mediocrity to be the standard we expect for our social and political and legal institutions. I offer a correction of what being a leader actually takes and look at the four foundations of what it looks like to act consistent with being powerful leaders making the world work.
At the end of this episode Sam shares how you can answer the crisis of leadership. To do so go to: bit.ly/creatingpowerfulleaders
