Steve Schloss: The Longest Yard

The current Chief People Officer for the United States Golf Association, Steve Schloss is an executive leader, influencer, coach, educator, and mentor who has supported global organizations in the financial services, media, non-profit, and sports and high-growth tech sectors. 

Drawing upon over three decades of experience, a Bachelor’s Degree in Personnel & Industrial Relations from Ithaca College and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from The New School, Steve is now  leading the largest transformational effort in the USGA's storied 125-year-old history.
