Neil Pretty wears a few different hats. He’s the Managing Partner, North America for System2 & the Co-Founder / CEO of Aristotle Performance - two organizational psychology & strategy consultancies that make organizations healthier places to be in. 

He’s passionate about creating high-performance environments. With a wealth of experience that spans industry, Neil has coached hundreds of leaders & teams. 

We connected earlier this year (Episode 41: Fearless Conversations) where we scratched the surface of psychological safety in organizations; focusing mostly on the topics from an individual leader’s perspective. And so I was eager to have Neil back to broaden our lens; this time speaking to the team & organizational drivers of psychological safety, to illuminate their critical importance in driving performance in today’s business climate.

Never before has it been so important for organizations to consider psychological safety. Against the backdrop of a global pandemic, economic crisis & widespread social unrest - an organization’s ability to create safety is essential to achieving the very best from the knowledge workers. And Neil brings a refreshing perspective anchored in science & years of practical experience.

Neil Pretty is a People Development Consultant who uses facilitation, consulting, coaching and advisory as he works along-side leaders and teams to develop high performance environments. Having worked in numerous environments leading, coaching or working on over 250 teams Neil has grown his practice from working solely with individuals to working with organisations that want to respond to the changing nature of work.

Neil’s approach comes from experiencing a broad spectrum of what the workplace has to offer and he draws on several tools to help the people he works develop high performance, self-understanding, resilience and self-esteem.
