James Hancock: Making Work Absolutely Human

Published: May 1, 2020, 9 a.m.

James Hancock leads North American operations for mwah (Making Work Absolutely Human) – a people consulting and technology platform designed to make work work better for more people.

He believes inclusion, diversity, belonging, flexibility, and other workforce dimensions cannot be dismissed as afterthoughts. Rather, they must be fundamental to the way we approach our relationships with one another and ultimately, in how we design work.

Over the course of discussion, we chat about how the recent covid-19 pandemic affords organisations an opportunity to architect a culture that values the contributions of its people. And we discuss how those with privilege should rise to the opportunities afforded to them to assist others.

I hope you enjoy.
