I\\u2019ve known Craig in a few different capacities in the 2 years I\\u2019ve known him. We first connected through the AssembleHR community hosted by Jill Katz. It\\u2019s where I gained an appreciation for Craig\\u2019s depth, integrity and strong bias for action.\\xa0

As a Senior People Scientist at CultureAmp, Craig and I bonded over a shared passion for blending psychology and data science to create more human-centric workplaces. Past experiences at LinkedIn and Achievers had honed this.

Today, Craig has stepped into a new role; community builder, leading CultureAmp\\u2019s global efforts to scale community-based learning in service to creating a better world of work.\\xa0

Craig Forman is a Lead People Scientist with Culture Amp where he both supports organisations to build effective people and culture strategies. He is also a lead on Culture Amp's community team working to build the world's largest community of people who believe a better world of work is possible. Behind all of his work is a mission to help the world work better by improving the places we work.\\xa0

He holds a Masters degree in Industrial / Organisational Psychology, is a proud veteran of the US Air Force.
