And yet, time marches on, as many organisations begin their first weeks as digital enterprises supported by a dispersed network of remote workers. Leaders must learn to design, develop and communicate goals; manage performance & drive engagement using a technological interface. Employees must learn to collaborate, align, and support one another in service to collective, agile goals.\\xa0

We use our time to discuss how best to make these transitions. How best to support organisations, their leaders & employees in navigating the largest digital transformation initiative of our time.\\xa0
