At a statuesque 5'3', Madison stands tall over the competition; launching several social enterprises. Iyanu, a software development shop based in Lagos, Nigeria, was dedicated to ending the unemployment problem in Western Africa, by placing top talent with partner companies around the world.

Today she leads Leda Health - A Company on a mission to to quell the many systemic shortcomings surrounding sexual assault services. They give a voice to the voiceless and provide the care and resources needed for a full recovery. They\\u2019re a company created for survivors, by survivors.

While we originally had this discussion in the early days of the global pandemic, the key sentiments are even more relevant today. We chatted before the Global HR Summit, the first enterprise culture conference presented in virtual reality, to get her thoughts about the potential for the technology. We chatted about social issues, entrepreneurship & leadership.\\xa0
