Erica Naccarato is an Executive Search Consultant and Industrial/Organisational Psychologist at Fulcrum Search Science, a boutique search firm in Toronto, Ontario. She holds a Master\\u2019s of Applied Science in Industrial/Organisational Psychology from the University of Waterloo, and is also a former varsity volleyball player and varsity coach. Her interest in studying Industrial/Organisational Psychology stemmed from her time as a varsity volleyball player at Ryerson University, which ignited her passion for understanding, navigating, and leading team dynamic.\\xa0 Since then, she has embraced many opportunities - professionally, academically, and through volunteering - to study, work with, and coach high performing teams.

Most recently, her work as a consultant at Caliper Canada rendered her to become an expert in utilising Caliper's psychometric assessment to create innovative talent interventions and programs to assist clients in solving their organisational and human capital needs.
