Mike has held numerous leadership roles throughout his career including recruiting, talent management and HRBP that has taken him around the world, including living in Paris, France for 3 years where he supported numerous large HR initiatives.\\xa0 Mike graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in Communications and currently lives in Charlotte, NC where he has worked remotely for the last 3 years.
