Michael is a data scientist and entrepreneur who has spent the past 5 years building solutions in the payments, fin-tech and consumer retail space. His favourite component of data science is predictive modelling and story-telling.

He founded BalloonBox Technology Inc. shortly after moving from Cape Town to Vancouver in February 2019 with the goal to improve decision making logic for business by harnessing data to adopt a fact-based approach. When not solving problems, Mike spends his time in BC' mountains hiking, riding or running and would love to explore bio-mimicry applications in his spare time.
