On a mission to change the way business is done in Canada and improve lives at work, Ali is an expert in leadership and organisational strategy. She specialises in helping leaders of small and mid size professional services firms improve organisational performance.
As a consultant and facilitator, Ali has worked with professional services firms, associations, crown corporations, consumer product companies, manufacturers, insurance providers, non-profits, and more. Ali is a Senior Consultant with Ignite Management Services. She serves part-time in the Royal Canadian Navy and is a former Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer.
