#128 Empowering Hope- It starts with a yes, count me in, how can I serve?

Join me for a conversation with Samantha Kiene about the empowering work we did together during my recent trip to Papua New Guinea. As Samantha mentions, we are taught that the government is responsible for change and government systems are responsible for addressing challenges in society. At the Senisim PNG conference, we challenged that thinking by empowering the participants to ask themselves what they can do to change their community. It starts with the way we think and act and that transforms our communities and our county. By the end of the week, it was a joy for us coaches to see the work had multiplied and we were able allow the volunteers to take over the process completely.
