Ginger has a unique 360-degree view of beauty from receiving a degree in chemistry, an MBA in marketing, as well as a Master\\u2019s in natural product chemistry and serving as senior management at several large cosmetic corporations.
She is an active member of Cosmetic Executive Women and Society of Cosmetic Chemists. Ginger has been the keynote speaker for brand launches and has spoken on product development and In-Cosmetics on product innovation. Not only is Ginger a beauty expert on Beauty Press, and she has also served as Allure\\u2019s Beauty Judge for Breakthrough Products since 2017 and Yahoo\\u2019s Diversity In Beauty Award 2018 and Beauty Packaging Award 2019.
Ginger\\u2019s latest venture is creating her own beauty brand \\u2013 FanLoveBeauty dedicated to people who inspire, educate, and entertain the society. The first collection will be for speakers, which is inspired by her mentor Daymond John, the business mogul, and Shark Tank Star. She aims to empower speakers by providing them with the first-ever 100% vegan natural lip balm full of superfoods and special sea asparagus to keep people who talk a lot lips moist and smooth to nail talks, meetings, and negotiations.
