Alex Tyler opened Goldfish Swim School St. Charles in August of 2013. In May 2017, Tyler opened a second Goldfish location in Glen Ellyn. The Birmingham, Michigan native first dove into this business venture after connecting with the thriving Goldfish location in his hometown. As a Northwestern University graduate, Tyler felt that the greater Chicago area was the perfect place for a swim school. As a lifelong swimmer, he left it was important to help other children learn this essential skill.\\xa0
