In 2005, Mike founded Professional Blog Service, Indiana\\u2019s first social media agency. In 2009, Mike joined DirectEmployers as Director of Development and served on the HR Open Standards Board of Director. While at DirectEmployers, Mike helped build and manage over 43,000 job boards and career websites as well as the National Labor Exchange, which connects all 54 State and protectorate Job Banks with over 20,000 private sector employers.
