Have you ever heard Dan Stanley of Better Men (https://better-men.uk/) speak before. If not, I wholeheartedly encourage you to follow this guy and join up with his tribe of men who in his words, leave their ego in the car park and walk out together. 

Dan joined us at Evo networking (https://www.evo-networking.com/) this morning and gave us 45 minutes of absolute gold in terms of challenging our thinking and how we feel about success, our lives and what really matters. He shared lots of wisdom as well as mentioning two epic books, which I highly recommend picking up, one being Legacy - the story of the All Blacks and the second being Untethered Soul - an absolute game-changer of a book. 

Dan asked us and challenged us to reflect on our choices, our disciplines, our habits that aren't serving us and to consider new ones that would serve us better, leaving us with an epic quote, part of that you can find in the title of this podcast and the purpose for this podcast.
