    1. Eat the foods that have the highest energy level.\\xa0
    2. Leafy green veggies, fresh fruit, legumes, honey, spring water and herbal tea.
  8. Outdoor immersion: SB
    1. Nature. Natural sound waves, light waves, green space / picnic by a waterfall\\xa0
    2. Lowers stress, reduces fatigue and reduces cortisol levels.
