There are three core beliefs that drive society\\u2019s hatred of laziness:

  1. Your worth is your productivity.
  2. You cannot trust your own feelings or limits.
  3. There\\u2019s always more that you could be doing.

Here are 4 ways to practice radical self-acceptance:

  1. Slow down whenever you feel yourself start to self-judge.
  2. Reframe, reset and release
  3. Avoid comparison.
  4. Lean on the practices that remind you that thoughts are fleeting.
