Petey shares her story on being pregnant with Sarah! In this waiting mode for birth, then Sarah was born and it was so wonderful!! At 2-3 month point life lifted up again! Re-awakening joy after a time of waiting is so important!

Sarah shares her story on traveling abroad when she just finished yoga teacher training turning 30 and felt stuck and not sure about her purpose or what she'd do.\\xa0 Heavier thoughts impeding in the moment and being in joy. Finding joy internally after a meditation in Bali and knowing that home was within her at any point. That inner joy was always within her!\\xa0
