A scientist and a storyteller, Michael Kinch has helped bring multiple drugs to clinic and authored three books. In his new book, "The End of the Beginning: Cancer, Immunity, and the Future of a Cure, Dr. Kinch traces the history of cancer treatment and describes the extraordinary promise of immunotherapy.
