Episode 16: Family Board of Directors, Part 2
Today we had Maria\u2019s daughter join us to talk about the \u201cboard of directors\u201d meeting;\xa0this episode is a follow up to the process and a peek at the outcomes of the meeting. We were excited to see that we had similar themes emerge; we want more time together as a family and more fun, and we took steps to implement these priorities together.\xa0
We also were careful to make sure the kids felt included and engaged in the process, we really wanted to hear them and have them feel important. Especially for young girls, they need to learn how to formulate and express opinions of their own.
