Maria refers to her family as the \u201cboard of directors\u201d, because they meet to review family goals, what is working, and what they can do better and improve upon. Major family decisions are made with the input of the kids, because they\u2019re teaching life skills and helping them learn how to make good decisions. We got to talking about this concept and decided it was podcast worthy. Every family is different, but goal setting and input from all members - works great for some companies, so why can\u2019t the same concepts be applied to families and other relationships?
