Diversity Picks Are Not Always the Best Picks
Sometimes the best candidate for a job, award, or position is a person that represents a group that isn't always in a position to earn that job, award or position... but we need to accept the fact that sometimes jobs, awards and positions are given soley because of diversity and that can have disasterous consequences.
