Dem bill dubs illegals "state citizens"
New York\u2019s illegal immigrants would get the title of \u201cstate citizens\u201d \u2014 allowing them benefits such as the right to vote and obtain driver\u2019s licenses. Specifically, the bill would let those who obtain the \u201cstate citizen\u201d label vote in state and local elections, as well as seek public office.
