Kim\u202fis an environmental horticulturist specializing in ecological landscapes and native plants. She is also the founder of\u202fEcoBeneficial!, a horticulture communications and consulting company.\u202fKim\u202fteaches at the New York Botanical Garden, Brooklyn Botanic Garden, The Native Plant Center and several other institutions. She is an active speaker on ecological gardening topics, presenting at industry conferences, garden clubs and nature centers. A Certified Horticulturist through the American Society for Horticultural Science,\u202fKim is also a Master Gardener, a Master Naturalist, an Accredited Organic Landcare Professional and a Steering Committee member of The Native Plant Center. She received 2015 and 2014 Silver Awards of Achievement from the Garden Writers Association.
