39: Vynnie McDaniels on Water Wise Gardening
Vynnie McDaniels has been gardening in the Phoenix area for over 15 years, teaching organic gardening and holistic living. His handy work has graced the pages of Phoenix Home & Garden, Popular Mechanics, and Dwell magazines. He\u2019s been on various local television programs (Your Life AtoZ & Sonoran Living Live), and was featured on Sundance Channel\u2019s "Big Ideas for a Small Planet."
Applying permaculture concepts and xeriscape principles, his vision is to teach and educate others on the joys of urban agriculture and self-reliance, growing your own food for improved nutrition and optimal wellness.
Vynnie is currently developing Xericopia Urban Gardens, a hands-on learning space in downtown Phoenix.
