Un/doing Chrononormativity: Negotiating Ageing, Gender and Sexuality in Organizational Life
Professor Nicholas Rumens from Middlesex University and Professor Melissa Tyler of Essex Business School discuss their collaborative research with Dr Kathleen Riach of Essex Business School, seeking to unveil the lived experiences of ageing, gender and sexuality within work organisations.
