Nick hired a roofer and the bill came to $3000 (because needed new sheeting) more then what the insurance paid him for the hail damage, Doug called in again about 19th Green (for artificial grass) and 19th Green said was going to refund him and then did not, Annette had a bathroom contractor come in and she had to fire him and then found out he put a screw through her water line which caused water damage, this and much more.
