Joey paid a appliance repairman for a part for his Whirlpool refrigerator and did not get the part, Maria bought a 2014 Dodge Ram (with only 18K miles) from Prestige Dodge in Longmont and it has been in the shop for 7 of last 10 months, Kelly over paid her medical deductible to a surgery center and they will not give it back, Jonae paid $30K to an adoption agency but had to incur an additional $7K in attorney fees and they will not reimburse her for the attorney fees, Patty got a bill from a collector for a 8 year old veterinary bill, Donovan rented a cabin and was "double charged" as they said they had pets, this and much more.
