Mortgage company sold loan and paid monthly payment to original and they have not gave them credit for it even though the check was cashed, landlord is not fixing everything on this rented home, son bought a house in Florida and home inspector said AC was not working and so the owner bought a home warranty for the sale but it ended up not covering the AC, Daughter and son-in-law's new home was not ready when promised and had to move into a motel, bought used car in TX and it has been 8 months and no title, this and much, much, more.
