He meets with leadership teams, looks at their financial statements and gets to see what\'s really working. He ran the sales and marketing division of an enterprise-class software company in his town. His biggest clients were Microsoft, Citigroup, Johnson and Johnson. Right now at the advisory firm, they do strategy advisory. He\'s working with tons of startups, a lot of out of the university, on an executive residence, at a couple of incubators in town over the last few years. He ended up writing his book called "The 7 Essential Stories Charismatic Leaders Tell".
