While it is certainly a challenge to work with staff from all over the world, Catherine\\u2019s positive attitude and progressive leadership style has enabled her to overcome obstacles and build a thriving and strong relationship with her team of over 60 talented people. Prior to running 20four7VA, Catherine was a nationally recognized health executive. She has over 10 years of experience facilitating evidence-based strategic planning, product development, brand management, legislative communications and medical policy. Her scholarly interests focused on the prevention and management of chronic disease through data-driven population health management and wellness strategies. She has a Master\'s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and a Ph.D. in Research and Evaluation Methods with a cognate in Applied Statistics from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
