Ascend Ecom, according to Will, was designed with the aim of bridging the gap by providing e-commerce sellers, especially Amazon sellers, with proper infrastructure and fluidity in the customer and investor relationship. As a tech savvy, he also believes in the power of e-commerce automation to increase efficiency, revenue and customer satisfaction.
Will understands the challenges of starting an Amazon business, especially with the saturation issue. He pointed out that saturation is a common struggle for businesses without the right infrastructure in place. In order to be competitive, one must consider top-notched quality control and shipping performance. As for the goal of Ascend Ecom, he mentions that the business is not intended to replace someone\'s income, but rather a supplementary asset for anyone looking to diversify their assets.
