Real estate can be confusing, so we run through the basics. Learn about how realtors get paid, Opendoor and Offerpad, what is a wholesale and a flip, and we finally get to the bottom of what it means to “Send me your deals!”. Most importantly we walk through giving great service and building businesses strategically with a long term focus instead of transactionally.
