Tim talks about his journey from being a "17 year old punk" to a member of zoo leadership, the important of "getting the $#%@ out of Brookfield" to learn from other institutions, balancing the role of the employee and the role of the employer in professional development, learning that training humans is a lot harder than training animals, and the importance of being a ray of sunshine in the lives of others.
