She creates and delivers trainings, keynotes and workshops on mindfulness at the workplace and at public events. She has delivered workshops and trainings to corporate leaders, at companies like Microsoft, LinkedIn, Apple and more, on how mindfulness can create paradigm shifts at work, impacting stress levels, resilience, creativity, emotional intelligence and happiness. She works with individuals on on how to curate a better life, with intention, purpose, meaning and presence. She is the main Pause guide at Pause, and conducts their regular Signature Pause Sessions. Elaine also spends her time coaching individuals and non-profits.
