\\nVERSE: 1 PETER 5: 8\\xa0Be sober [well balanced and self-disciplined], be alert\\xa0and\\xa0cautious at all times. That enemy of yours, the devil, prowls around like a roaring lion [fiercely hungry], seeking someone to devour.\\xa0(AMP)

8\\xa0Again, the devil took Him up on a very high mountain and showed Him all the kingdoms of the world and the glory [splendor, magnificence, and excellence] of them;\\xa09\\xa0and he said to Him, \\u201cAll these things I will give You, if You fall down and worship me.\\u201d\\xa010\\xa0Then Jesus said to him,\\xa0\\u201cGo away, Satan! For it is written\\xa0and\\xa0forever remains written, \\u2018You shall worship the Lord your God, and serve Him only.\\u2019\\u201d\\xa011\\xa0Then the devil left Him; and angels came and ministered to Him [bringing Him food and serving Him].
