b'Al Galves is a psychotherapist in Las Cruces, New Mexico. He and I will discuss the myth of the chemical imbalance theory of mental illness and then he will talk about his involvement with\\xa0the Psychiatric Survivor Movement. The Survivor Movement is made up of individuals who have been forcibly drugged and/or hospitalized against their will. Many have recovered from the injustice and terror\\xa0of losing their civil rights and their so-called treatments that have included solitary confinement. Al Galves will present some of their stories and the varied goals of the movement which include abolishing psychiatry all together.'
