Peter Lemos is a chef from Los Angeles who’s worked at great spots all over town, but recently went in on his own venture, a small sandwich shop in LA’s Frogtown neighborhood. It’s called Wax Paper, and features specialty sandwiches named after NPR hosts and it’s also delicious. Peter was also a contestant on CHOPPED, so thats tight.
