Almost two-thirds of all parents and their adult children are at odds over when to talk about family money matters and subjects like retirement, elder care and estate planning. Money is often a taboo subject, with parents not wanting to talk about it for fear that their kids may get complacent about their future, and with kids not wanting to talk about it because they don\\u2019t want to think about their parents getting old. But it\\u2019s important to get all the legal documents in place in the event that tragedy strikes.
