In this episode, Major writes\\u2026 \\u201cAfter living through all manner of personal and communal tribulations, I\\u2019ve come to believe things will work themselves out. Yet, it\\u2019s not that the worries have gone away. Just like in my early days, I\\u2019ve learned to find ways to ease the burdens and uneasiness of living. Of course, I\\u2019m not trying to find a fully anxiety-free existence; it\\u2019s good to have a barking dog occasionally at one\\u2019s heels. I just try to walk past it when I need to.\\u201d
