#68 Tiny Traumas with Dr Meg Arroll

Published: May 16, 2023, 5 a.m.

In this episode, I have the pleasure of speaking with the chartered psychologist, social scientist, author and broadcaster, Dr Meg Arroll.

\n

Meg started her career in academia, focusing on medically unexplained conditions that leave people feeling lost, neglected and at sea in a world of symptoms, stigma and pain.

\n

This passion for finding answers to questions that no doctors seem able to treat came from her own experience \u2013 which gave her that rare combination of subjective personal experience and objective professional skills.\xa0

\n

Dr Arroll aims to guide people through their journeys so that they have the confidence to move forward independently.

\n

Meg is also the author of the book The Shinkology Solution and her latest book, Tiny Traumas which I hope to hear more about today.
