Bill Gross: I\\u2019m doing great. How are you?

Dan: I\\u2019m doing good. So I like to location and market stamp my episodes lately. Whereabouts in the US are you recording from and doing business?

Bill: Well, I\\u2019m in Los Angeles, California, where I live. I have lived here for 25 years. I\\u2019m a native Southern Californian. I do business throughout California. In probate real estate has wide geography. So I currently have sold or currently listed property in 8 Counties in California. I stayed in California overall.
