Zack has a history as a long term real estate investor. His primary strategy was to buy rental property and lease to Section 8 tenants. You probably know of investors following this same strategy. Digging through the Multiple Listing Service MLS is for Real Estate Agents, NOT Investors

The old way real estate investors found deals was to dig through the MLS. The MLS is the same system used by real estate agents to find listings for their clients.
