Ryan is responsible for investor relations and capital raises for projects. Ryan has coordinated over $50M in private capital for SIG\\xe2\\u20ac\\u2122s projects to date and oversees all marketing efforts including our communication and outreach strategies.

Spartan has grown to 35 full time employees with over $130M in projects under management and handles the acquisition, syndication, property/asset management and construction of its self-storage facilities. In 2020, Inc magazine recognized Spartan as the 8th fastest growing private real estate company in the United States

Ryan has previous experience as an airline pilot. Ryan graduated from Mercyhurst University with a bachelor\\xe2\\u20ac\\u2122s degree in Business, with concentrations in Marketing, Management, and Advertising..
