\nThe world is a crazy place, and sometimes it feels like we have no control over our lives. But here's the thing: You do. You have complete control over your life and how you feel about it.
\nSo how do you change? Well, first off, let's talk about why people feel so much stress about life in general. Stress is caused by external factors that we can't control\u2014like sick family members or bosses who yell at us, for example. But there are also internal factors that cause stress\u2014like our own thoughts and feelings about things going on around us.
\nSo how do we get rid of those negative thoughts? How do we create positive thoughts? It's simple! All it takes is being aware of what's happening in your mind during different situations, then making conscious choices about how to respond to those situations (or even not responding at all).
