The PMO Podcast™ Points Memo suggests, “Metrics Matter." There was once a young, struggling, out of work actor and performer who enjoyed watching the ocean and spending time at the beach in Atlantic City. This out of work actor had a lot of time on his hands and he soon noticed that whenever a drowning swimmer had to be rescued by the lifeguard, crowds would gather around and watch the spectacle. Taking note of the metrics, this out of work actor became the world’s first professional drowner.
