Would you be surprised if I told you that in a survey of 50 non-IT C level executives, only three knew about the Project Management Body of Knowledge? Sometimes we take for granted that what we know is common knowledge. So, today, the purpose of the PMO podcast featured story is to provide a brief, introduction for executives, to the Project Management Body of Knowledge, the PMBOK Guide®. And for those of you that are experts in the PMBOK, you might find this brief introduction to be an enjoyable listen as well.
